Praxedo in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Field Service Management for the second year in a row
Praxedo, an international software company specializing in Field Service Management (FSM), believes the recognition confirms and improves its position as one of the world’s leading Field Service software vendors.
After being included in this Gartner Magic Quadrant in 2016, Praxedo has been included for the second year in a row in the 2017 publication dedicated to FSM solutions.
Praxedo: a solution for both SMBs and Large Enterprises
From Praxedo’s perspective, its evaluation in the report, based on both completeness of vision and ability to execute, demonstrates the value the company brings to its customers.
“By 2020, more than 75% of field service organizations with over 50 users will deploy mobile apps that go beyond simplified data collection and add capabilities that help technicians succeed,” the report states.
Praxedo, a strategy focused on the customer
“We believe that Praxedo’s improved position in this Gartner Magic Quadrant compared to the previous year confirms that we are doing things the right way. We believe we have the shortest implementation times of any vendor in the industry, combined with a pricing model that demonstrates a rapid return on investment for our customers, and synchronization capabilities that allow data sharing between organizations that are unique in the industry.
We feel that it strongly supports our marketing strategy, both in Europe and on a global scale. We also see it as a recognition of our continuous solution improvements brought to our customers to increase their satisfaction, “said Jean de Broissia, co-founder and CEO of Praxedo.
“By 2020, 70% of organizations will cite customer satisfaction as a primary benefit derived from implementing field service management, up from approximately 50% today,” the Gartner report states.
“Our company has a 100% customer-oriented strategy. We give special attention to the understanding of our customer environments and issues. This allows us to offer a flexible solution, fully-adaptable to their business. This is one of our biggest assets, that we feel, is identified in this Gartner Magic Quadrant report, along with our customer relationships,” added Jean de Broissia.
Praxedo strengthens its international ambitions
As the unchallenged leader of the FSM French market, Praxedo is further accelerating its international business development. The company recently expanded its operations in Southern Europe by opening the Spain and Portugal markets. This move is part of Praxedo’s strategy to increase its (already strong) presence in Europe (Germany, Austria, Benelux, Switzerland) and in North America (Canada).
